Project budget: $600K.

Ø       Performed vendor management duties, which includes transport contract negotiation, Request For Quote solicitations, and management of circuit implementation for transport interconnection across 7 markets and 20 rate centers to ILEC Tandems/End Offices, CLEC, and carrier neutral points of presence.

Ø       Lead a team of 5 Transport and Traffic Engineers in the trunk design of each assigned local market.

Ø       Interfaced with Sr. Project Team to develop schedule and form integration strategy for the implementation of the PSTN network to be terminated at a Tellabs DAX.

Ø       Led KMC’s Network Normalization project by completing the change out of 90 Extreme packetizedswitch nodesto a Cisco 4506 Catalyst Switch platform.  Consulted team members and similar projects to capture all task and made assignments to allotted personnel resources.  Received and reviewed cost estimates and risk assessment used to develop final project plan.
